My limited experience is that some dogs are born just complete nutters and really should be on meds. Just like some humans.

all dogs are not born equal..... but then again all handlers are not born equal as well.
what may come across as a complete nut job to you may be the second coming to someone else.
rule of thumb, the higher the drive the better the trainer required.
