    Back on track?

Anyone used or heard about this?

Fabric with ceramic beads in it the helps to massage sore muscles and reduces inflammation. Family friend mentioned it and reckons it's pretty good. Same concept as a physio pushing a stick into muscle to loosen it up I guess but more gradual

I have one of these magnetic pet beds for when my dogs are inside. Magnets are meant to help reduce inflammation and improve circulation etc. I have no idea if they actually do or not, but makes me feel better anyway :-)

Wool top so plenty warm enough. The cover can be unzipped and washed easily.

Know someone who got the bedspread magnetic thing, husband reckoned it was great, wife put it through the wash and all the magnets fell off, husband still raved about it for months..... She never let on!
