Easily fixed dougie, go ask your local reagional council for a "live capture trap" for a cat problem you have,
its a simple trap with a sliding door, that you can then put in your car and Return to owner or what ever you choose to do

Dont poison or shoot your nabours dogs, do it legally. thats why you pay taxes
go talk to them first, be a grown up.
