RCGSP, I had the opportunity to meet with the manager of a community pasture in Manitoba and he was telling me how the coyotes will lure dogs away from their owners homes and kill them... It was pretty neat though hearing them communicate for miles around...

That's one of those things I've always heard about but never talked to anyone that has seen it happen. Still I wouldn't put it past them. Clever bastards.

Back home our neighbours would have their cats eaten by foxes, or just killed and left in the back of the carport where the poor puss was cornered..... Our cats (and dogs) lived inside. Oh and did I ever tell you guys the story of when a racoon had her babies ontop of the flu in our fireplace? :ORLY:
