    Dog on goats

Was on the coast last weekend hunting ,seen 3 deer but they where not on offer , got onto some goats so took 3 young ones , dog pointed but was very different to him on deer . Was wondering if now was the right thing ? As am very hard on him around sheep . He almost seemed confused about the hole situation .

No trouble with either of my previous dogs, used to shoot goats at work, then deer on weekends. They know the difference, and if they don't they soon learn. One got to the point when you could tell she was on either species by her body language

I might have to Shoot more , we had a casserole the other night with the back straps , tell you what was hard to beat. Must be the good feed they where on and they didn't stink either .

A young nanny or kid is the go, stay away from the billys, you can't cook the smell out of them. If you have any Indian friends, give them some, they are the goat cooking masters. A friend of the missus comes down from Auckland annually, man, she knows how to curry a goat. Makes me drool thinking about it

    Dog on goats

I shot a goat once for an Indian guy I had working for me. He couldn't believe I gave him the whole thing.

His Missus started sending him to work with curries for me !!!

    Karma !!
