    What do you mean by 'ravenous"? hungry and viscous?

    I mean hungry, really hungry! We were actually feeding her every couple of hours in the days before the surgery to keep her blood sugars up and that helped reduce the frequency of seizures. After a seizure she was disoriented and aggressive, as in growling but not biting so we just gave her plenty of space.
