Thread: dog training manawatu

Hey team,

I am looking at getting into dog training in the Manawatu as a side hustle. I have had experience training multiple dogs with the deer dog blueprint and also multiple sheep dogs. I have incorporated both systems together and helped a lot of friends. All dogs I have trained are also trained to be pets and good mates. It would be formatted as one on one sessions with the owner and the dog because there's no point in just training the dog. I'm not looking to charge anything as I just want to give it a go to see if it's something I want to pursue. I live on 30 acres just north of Shannon and have the perfect property for all training requirements. Happy to take any questions or advice from anyone that has dabbled in something like this or could be interested in getting help. Pretty happy to point anyone in the right direction to figure it all out on their own also.

Thats generous. There are about a zillion dog owners that should take up your offer. Im sure you could teach me and mine a thing or too.

Im in Tokomaru just north of Shannon haha. I've been loosely using the blueprint with our GSP but I could potentially be interested to pop down if you want to trial out some training sessions.
