Two dogs out of how many thousands that die each year due to puppy farms in the town that I am so truely from?

I'm not talking chop off the balls off every dog. I'm saying Mr and Mrs Benefit who live next door should really think about the opportunity of free spey and neuter days run by shelters - instead of letting Bruno run loose and bump up the numbers of homeless puppies who face euthanasia because someone "wouldn't cut my son's balls off, so why would I do it to my dog".
