Yes the Sidney Silky was developed in Australia...the biggest handicap to them was their coats getting gummed up with biddybid...one my father had was an excellent rabbit dog...and accounted for many many runners and kits in the burrows.

LOL I always assumed she was a pommy dog.

Little Sarahs legs were tiny & her hair was long so she would get stuck in the slightest hint of black berry

Still remember picking her up around Xmas time at six weeks old, so small she could stand with all fours on my hand & happily sit in my Bush Shirt pocket with her front paws & head sticking out

The double takes people would do when seeing her, many though she was a possum
