Thread: Nitro's First Duck Shooting

Hi everyone
Well it went pretty well only on Saturday morning was he a bit overwhelmed by the noise but as the day went on he settled into it well. For the retrieving flushing and finding side he did extremely well he is definately an animal dog. He was not interested in decoys. While we were walking the river he would only range out to about 20metres and stop and wait for us which is great. I think his cross has bought the best from both breeds, he is a Vizsla lab cross. He is 16 months a good age to be introduced to hunting i think.
