    It will be you. You now need to step up and show dominance to the pup, she will be looking for a pack boss (you), so make sure you are there for her. if she won't sit then don't feed, if she barks throw a bucket of water over her or hose her down. better that than a complaint to the dog ranger. All dogs need to know here they sit in an pack/family environment.
