Thread: Retiring rabbit dogs

Old Rua is due to retire shortly. He had some barley grass taken out of an ear and the drum burst in the process. It's thrown his game right out the window when it comes to working with a pack. Still catches the odd rabbit himself.
About seven years old, maybe eight. He's a cool medium/small sized brindle dog. No nuts. Great inside and loves a pat.

Her litter mate that I've got is very different. So much more settled. A hunting machine though.

Get it a hearing aid you cheap bugger.
