    Updates to the laws are complete and we now have our full list of dog breeds we can use on all deer (except hoggies)

    Well there is still a difference between a gundog/deer dog and hound hunting. Gundog/deer dogs need no formal testing but the hound hunters have to go through special courses, have another license and the dogs have to go through an assessment once a year or something along those lines. I'm not a hound hunter so I don't know all the ins and outs of it but can be pretty involved to get the ball rolling

    Yeh that's it mate, unless you can look at every hunt as a success hunting won't stay in your blood. you're on the right track though mate!

    Been ans gone! Got part of my write up done will post when I've finished. Was a great trip!
