    Modular magnum suppressor

    Hi all,

Just finishing off testing on the centerfire modular magnum suppressor, if all goes well it should be ready for sale in two weeks.

    Specs
    345grams in weight
    130mm forward of the muzzle
    200mm over the barrel
    44.5mm in diameter

Baffle modules are interchangeable with my other modular suppressors.

    Suited upto 300win mag
Will sell for about $375 on special.

I was thinking more in terms of would it have a dramatic effect.

For example, I have a dpt over barell modular on my 243, and I use it with a baffle off because it hardly makes a difference. The advantage is less barrel overhang, and remember the magnum starts off with 1" more overhang.

It just looks like your over barrel just longer... bigger blast chamber.

Sometimes it hard to tell unless you have two exact same rifles setup, shooting one after the other you will notice a difference, the db meter sure notices...

    Hi Darren,

I currently have a very old original Gunworks suppressor (the early one that can be pulled apart, very heavy, without a barrel isolator tube) that i use on my 7mm SAUM. I am interested in one of your new modular overbarrels to replace it.

What is the recoil reduction like with these new modular units, compared with the normal offerings of standard overbarrels? As the recoil reduction is a big buying point for me and this rifle.

Bloody good price too i must say!

    Cheers,

    GWH
