    Muzzle brakes

    Hi all,

Some of you might not know but DPT started in 2009 as a muzzle brake manufacturer in my garage in Tokoroa, in 2014 I had to stop production of brakes to focus on suppressors.
We relaunched a batch off 100 of a new design for the 2015 Sika show, but due to demand of suppressor we did not have time on our machines to make anymore once they were sold out.
We are now please to announce our brakes are back in stock in two models, one being directional directing the gasses back and up and the other being radial, the directional model needs to be indexed when installed by a gunsmith, the radial can just be screwed onto an existing thread.

They are available in the most common threads and calibers upto 338.
A bigger model will be available later in the year.

    Radial is $100
    Directional $180
We charge $95 for fitting them to your rifle, that includes bead blasting and taper the back of the brake to suit your barrel size if needed.

Can you turn down a radial to match the barrel profile of a kimber hunter? Like the tikka strata ones?
    Cheers.

The kimber has a barrel diameter of 14.30 to 14.75 depending on caliber.
There would not be enough meat left on the brake to be has efficient and it might actually brake ( no punt intended) for lack off material around the ported area.
    So no we can not.

That is so funny but true. The magnum suppressor is unreal. Will drop all our MK 1 cans eventually to replace with the magnum. Heading up in November to get a magnum for the 223wssm.Darren long time since TOK. Cheers.
