    Thread caps and other parts

Just a quick note to let the guys know that i will soon be producing custom (and standard size) thread caps, in the following sizes:

    1/2-20, 1/2-28, M14x1.0mm, 9/16-24, 9/16-28, 5/8-24, M18x1.0mm, 3/4-28.

All single-point cut from 303 stainless (mostly), unless someone wants a large run of blued thread-caps or something 'exotic'.

More importantly, they can be ordered in 'oversize' thread specs: +0.002" through to 0.010" oversize, to suit barrels that have been threaded to suit alot of the oversize silencer threads that seem to be a bit of a re-occurring issue at the moment. (can also do undersize -tight-spec - threads if you want too.)

    Price: $20.00 each for one-offs.

Trade guys who want to order a reasonable (or large) quantity can talk to me about a special rate for them.

Custom bolt handles/knobs, bedding pillars, and a few other treats are in the pipeline.

    Cheers,

    Dean.

Just tell me the length, diameter, and thread that you want. I will do them to 'standard' thread specs unless requested otherwise.

Payment via direct credit is best. Zap me a PM, or email me to place order. I will be making custom-order ones from first week of December, as i already have too much on my plate until then and also need time to sort programs, etc. Email contact will be a bit sporadic over the next two weeks also. Cheers.

Ha ha. Thanks 'A'. Don't be putting any more silly ideas in my head, there are more than enough to deal with at the moment already !

I will be machining stainless 99% of the time, but may look at doing some alloy parts at some stage. So answer is 'maybe', but don't hold your breath.

    Chrs, Dean.
