    Anyone do their own Taxidermy?

Any of you fulahs doin ya own taxidermy?? i see the nz prices are fairly high , but once you compare to aud , it works out slightly higher on average but it also seems ther is only a handful of reputable taxi's in most areas?

Ive tried a couple with zero experience under my belt, and as you would expect the results are terrible. Completely ruined this awesome piebald(?) rabbit skin, but at least it is an object of comedy. My pet birds like to cuddle up to it and chew on the hide.

I think the best one I have ever done was on my pet mouse Charlie and he still looks like somewhat of an abomination with one of his front teeth missing and a bruised section of tail. He is a christmas tree topper on occasion.

Haha sorry mate, Charlie and the drugged up bunny are sentimental household items and don't have a price tag. I actually remember seeing someone's terrible taxidermy job on a ferret in a second hand store, it was hilarious. I regret not buying it now.
