Thread: Chamois Shoulder Mount Cost

Taxidermist prices have gone up some over the past couple of years, I've heard of several of the good ones that are charging around the $3000 for a red, and slightly less for a thar or chamois. But there are aslo a number taxidermists that look after the locals, pays to shop around, $18-1900 for a red with the right guys if youre local. $1900 for a non local for a chamois sounds like a bargain to me.
And most taxidermists are so busy that theyre not taking on any more work so they can ensure that they complete all the work that the guiding industry is providing.
