Looking for Taxidermy recommendations - Canterbury Area

Hey fellas,

I shot a nice Chamois Buck a while ago. I took the skin and head and am keen to get it mounted (if my ameatuer caping skills allow). We've only recently moved to Canterbury so I'm looking for recommendations of good Taxidermy operators in this part of the world.

Tyrone isn't taking any more till the end of March at the earliest
