    Spoonie drake

    Hey folks.

    Smacked a nice spoonie drake today.

    Firstly how do you look after them prior to getting to the taxidermist?

    Secondly who in the lower south island would be a good option to do the work ?as Dennis Collings is retiring sadly.

    Max Wilson at Renaissance is south based, I have a pair of ducks in the freezer waiting to go to him, tuck the head back neatly over the body then wrap in gladwrap.
    He has a fb page if you are on that platform otherwise I can probably find his details for ya

    @dannyb

    I've been recommended him by a few people so thank you for the reply.

    It's off there on Monday first thing.

    I did get told by a local f&g councilor I should; eat it and I wasn't worth mounting. Right wanker.

    But bloody stoked I nailed it and he's in good nick so on the wall he goes.
