Fletching and cutting carbon shafts

Hi Guys,

Is there any place in Palmy/NZ where I can send carbon shafts for cutting, fletching and installing inserts? I don't want to invest in any tools at the moment hence the request.

Yeah, I have looked at that. Most of the time his shop is closed. Will give him a ring.
