Had two 1975 RX3 in my shed years ago

Belonged to two friends of mine, they were there so I could build a new exhaust for each,

    My parents had a 75 RX2

At the time I liked the RX2 better as it had more room inside and the throttle pivoted off the floor, the RX3 was twitchy around 120 mph and the 2 about 115 mph

You had to jump into a Valiant or larger Ford/Holden to smooth out from 110-150 mph

The Rotors never burned a grey pipe, the auto oiler from the sump or the rich emulsion tubes in the 4 barrel Hitachi to blame

Everything else we could run lean enough to use around 10 litres per hour regardless of max HP
