Thread: New to bowhunting

Hi all, new to the forum etc

I am looking for your tips on getting into bow hunting and hunting in general. I don’t come from a family that has ever hunted however I want to and would like some advice on where to start, things to consider etc

I live close to Hunua, AKL however from the reading I have done that isn’t really worth checking out?l, however maybe worth going for a walk??

Any info would be appreciated. As an FYI I do have a bow and can shoot decently out to 60yards
