    Sight help, cant remember

Looking to get back into bow hunting. Pulled the bow out and put some arrows down range and i must be holding or nocking point must be off since POI is off. Tried adjusting sight but ran out of room. Im left 25cm is at 30yrds.

Cant remember what i can change with out screwing my tuning. Can i move the arrow rest right a little?
    Hoyt Carbon with drop away.
Was aiming at the middle lower dot.
    Cheers

dont know enough to help...enough to get meself in shite...but not enough to diagnose your issue, heck up till 8 mths ago I was putting arrows on WRONG SIDE of bow.....still feels weird having then on correct side now Ive got bow with offset grip. you havent done anything drastic like changed arrow spine??? will have to wait for someone more knowledgable to chime in.

If it were me, I'd move the rest right and down and maybe the sights up instead of of the rest down. Come to think of it, have you tried sights to the left?

But I don't know your bow, so a happy hour or so, tinkering, should help

When you moved the sight what did the arrows do?
did you follow the arrows to bring them back to center?
Also what is your grip on the bow? are you shooting with an open hand?
If you are gripping the bow your grip torque could throw them up there.
Also looking to get back into it does that mean you haven't shot it in a while?
If you still have it set at a high poundage you wont have the muscle memory you had, and will be getting fatigued which will open your groups bigtime, this encourages you to grab at the bow when you shoot (assuming right handed shooter).
That will throw arrows up and left.

it might be wrist torque if moving your sight isn't moving the impact point. shoot some more groups over a few days and see if your group improves/moves as you start getting your form back then start to tweak. moving the rest will bring the group right but then you could just be compensating for something that will fix itself with more shooting.

Cheers team. Couldnt remember if shifting the rest would screw up tuning.
Yes havent shot in id say 4 years. Bows still at 80lbs. Drawing isnt an issue for about 20 shots. Thats when i called it quits.
Had hand loose and dont think i was imparting any torque. Will have a play and check back

So with arrow on string and one on a flat part of bow thery were clearly diverging. Moved rest right and moved sight right too. Few shots at 20 to get sight close. Then out to 30 and 40.

Groups are looking good. I see your group has drifted right between 30 and 40 yards. One thing you can do is start at 20y then do a shot every 5y till you hit you desired distance, you will see if your rest is centered properly, if your arrows drift off left or right then you can adjust your rest to get it back centered properly. Then throw a couple or broad heads and see what happens next.
