thanks i may take you up on the offer, but its all now "fire formed" to the Glock, and yes i appreciate that the bulge is only in one direction, however the bulged brass that i really noticed it on was the once fired, no so much from the cases fired from my G22, again im not sure if thats because its a gen3 barrel and some of the issues were addressed??? in the early models??

thats really interesting around your ES too, and a little reassuring as it had me wondering WTF am i doing to get these results, however the ES settled with the higher case volume taken up by the powder.

just waiting for a half pie decent day so i can get down to the range and test fire some loads, using titegroup @ 4.5 4.6 4.7 OAL at around 1.130 give or take +.003 as testing two sets of projectiles!!!!
