Thread: Help - moving to standard

Hey team.

Giving standard a crack for a bit of something different at RCO in April.
Purely a Production shooter ( shadow 2 )

I’m not wanting to change my grips ( yet ) to stay within prod so I’m moving to standard with the “prod” gun.

I’m wondering if there’s a GC out there who happens to have a extended safety for a shadow 2 that I could potentially borrow for RCO to see if that’s the path I want to go down? Unfortunately no one at our club is silly enough to shoot standard with a shadow 2 so I’m putting the call out into the forum world.

For the sake of simplicity you could just run DA. You will still have the benefit of loading your mags full.

100 percent. I mean that’s what I’m doing atm but thought no harm in asking around.
But now I think of it I don’t think I’ll get a extended safety into my bucket holster

If by extended you mean the regular wide safetys, most holsters I have seen have a cut out for them.
