Agree with specweapon. Once holster trained and you have your guns at home, you will be able to practice and practice well.
I don't dry fire bugger all. I rather shoot and I do....a lot.
If I do practice dry, I concentrate on draw, grip and mag changes.
Some people say having a fast draw or speedy mag change isint that useful in IPSC.
Time starts on the buzzer and finishes on the last shot.
Everything required inbetween takes time.
May as well be as fast and smooth as practical in all facets imho.
