Looking for a Ruger Single Six 22LR revolver

    As per the title.
Would prefer an old model but anything considered

I can't help you what so ever, but have a question or two...
How does the single six differ from the Bearcat which is also a single action revolver?
Also, single action .22, is there a special class of competition or are these just for fun?

I don’t have either (yet) so this info is from the Ruger Owner’s Forum

"The Bearcat is a lot smaller and "handier" than the Single Six

The Bearcat disappears on a belt good holster; it isn't much more than carrying a belt knife.

The Single Six, by virtue of its adjustable sights and varying barrel lengths, is inherently more accurate.

The Bearcat is a much better looking handgun.

The Single Six always seemed oversized for a .22LR....like it should be a .32 or a .38.

Most guys prefer the Single Six as an 'all-around" .22 over the Bearcat"
