Pistol Carbine Conversion Kit - Pro’s and Con’s

I have always derived a great deal of pleasure participating in three gun and multi gun activities however of late I am really not enjoying participating as much as I did back prior to 2020 and I have reached the realisation that it is because I am now using a .22 for the rifle element of the competitions.

I am now considering whether I should get a PCCK but before I proceed further with this I thought I would seek out the thoughts of users here on the forum to get their opinions as to the good and the bad of using one. I would be inclined to use a Glock 17 so am particularly interested to learn about PCCK’s compatible with that.

Have at it guys. Warts and all!
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
