    Things are getting desperate

I am down to my last two boxes of .38 special lead round nose which means that after my next CAS session at the club I will be out of ammo. I normally order in bulk from Aoraki but they are out and can’t say when they will have any in stock. What has the world come to?
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

I have a mental block/hurdle when it comes to reloads. At least once on every club shoot I see shooters dealing with a squib projectile in the barrel of their rifle or revolver from forgetting to put any powder in the round or I see a round going so slow from lack of powder that it doesn’t make twenty yards to a target. I have fellow club members that have offered to load for me but just can’t bring myself to even give it a go. That’s on me but my view is that I ought to be able to buy what I want. Maybe I should be looking to import for myself.

Waikato was originally brought to the gods in Olympus by doves. It was ambrosia depicted as conferring longevity and immortality upon whomever consumed it. Zeus and Apollo were big fans and so am I.

I know I must see if my bottle store has a single bottle and I will try and see what you see in it - since you so eloquently extoll its virtues- I cant remember what its like but I think I had it years ago

@waimo put up post a little time back on animal friendly .22lr rounds..no powder or priming compound in them..... so it happens with factory stuff too.
casting ones eye down int ocases before seating projectile ensures anything out of usual is found...Im guessing guys using progressive presses where you poke empty in one end and it comes out done at other end will be the culprits in your case......like anything automated there is room for smelly stuff to hit whirly thing if you not watching constantly.

It’s low alcohol 4% so good for old fellas that can’t remember what they had for breakfast let alone how many they’ve drunk.
