Hi all, we've followed the comments here and accept the criticism; it is all well founded. As an explanation, in mitigation, we tried to manage the web site build being done in Russia with in-put from NZ and as a result, in the pressure to get the product lunched, some generic articles were used and these have caused confusion - on our mail-outs to existing clients we noted that these were not semi-automatics and that they had 10 round magazines.

We'll work with Kalashnikov Concern [Russia] to correct this issue and hopefully, to avoid any such confusion in the future.

Sounds fair, the Xmas rush does cause mayhem from time to time. These look like great rifles, all the best☺

It'd be great if you could offer the Tigr in its native semi-automatic version.

@KalashnikovNZ can the manual operating ones be retrofitted to semi?

Like most things, with the right skill level, you can make many things! Essentially, the gas port is missing and it is our understanding that you would need to be able to dismantle the gas system and drill the barrel for the correct dimension port [and in the right location]. The balance of the conversion would be the insertion of the gas cylinder and the piston. if you could do that, then you could most probably make a TIGR from scratch.

We'll see if the factory can offer more information on this for you - NZ Police were happy that this was not a simple conversion job for eh back-yard hobbyist.

Guys, when we get around the illegal US sanctions we'll have it here. No end of trouble getting shipper to cart the DG. Strange though, if it is a US company getting it - no problem!

Given that NZ has a free trade agreement with Russia and the USA sanctions have actually increased our trade with Russia it's strange your having issues for rifles

"Free Trade Agreement" is a term which means - US companies can sell what they like and US goverment can control what they accept. Free trade, is another throwaway phrase to distract the sheepeople. The reality is that the current [soon to be replaced] Reserve Currency is the US dollar and US banks act as Intermediary Banks in money transfers between countries. With illegal sanctions applied to Russian companies and individulas, money cannot be transfered for goods and services to those Russian companies and persons. Countries under US domination - like Panama, have seized shipments from Russia when entering their ports or jurisdiction. The market is played with loaded dice.
