New Nitecore product

Nitecore have released a good few new products over the past year.

One that stands out is the NWE30, a small safety device that emits a high pitch sound and strobe light.
We know the gold standard is a PLB but not everyone can afford one and a day hunt/tramp doesn't always warrant the purchase or hire.

In short, its an electronic whistle that emits a 120db chirp and a strobe at 2000 lumens for a period of 72 hours/3 days. (strobe only functions at night)
It comes with a single CR123 battery which need to be replaced annually. They are non rechargeable and cheap as chips.
