Defiance Elite 6mm Creedmoor custom rifle

New build just finished for myself for Practical rifle comps/steel shooting and a bit of varminting if i get time.

Shot the Taranaki Long Range shoot yesterday with it which was my first and had a great time despite some very tricky shifting wind conditions.

Here are the specs of the Build, i am stoked with how it came together as per normal Dean Maisey's workmanship and attention to detail is on point and its also an absolute blast to shoot also

Specs of the build are below

Defiance Elite Action with controlled round feed, coned bolt nose and plate extractor and Nitrided bolt etc
Manners PRS1 Elite Tac Swamp Camo with Flush Cups
Bartlein 6mm 1:7.5 twist marksman contour
    Area 419 Hellfire brake
    Triggertech Diamond Trigger
    Hawkins DBM
    Aics single stack mags
    Hawkins Rings
    Bushnell XRS2

You need more practise! Bring it down to The next Alpine shoot in Reefton in April!!
And you probably sell me a stock and action! lol.

Congrats looks very impressive. How long is barrel? What speeds are you getting with what pills ?
The brake seems like overkill for the set up? Can’t imagine there’s much recoil ?

The barrel is 26" and 105 bergers doing 3050 FPS, and that's the thinking behind the brake eg nearly no recoil at all with it so you spot all hits and fast follow up shots etc,

If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more
