    Defiance Ultralight 30 Nosler

After putting together a few rifles for customers i thought i would treat myself to a new long range rifle,

So after a bit of back and forth 30 Nosler was decided on and a custom reamer was ordered with the appropriate freebore

I am very happy with how it turned out and Deans work is top notch as usual, we decided to beadblast the action also to get rid of the shine for a hunting rifle. I got it just before a Sika hunt so got a load going with the 215 Bergers and off we went.

The 30 Nosler paired with the ADG brass is a great combo and is pushing the 215 Bergers at 3080 FPS over the magnetospeed at a mild load.

Thanks guys, it shoots very well for a quick load put together with what I had on hand, I will probably try some 225 ELD M in it also but it’s off hunting again this weekend so anymore load work will have to wait...

Very nice Cam! Looks quite similar to something that I picked up last week... I'm not sure that I'll be able to get any hunting pics with mine next week looking at the forecast.

If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more
