    The nicest of men.
    A font of knowledge, with a genuine love of the outdoors.
    We reconnected when he answered my call at the other pub for someone to hunt with on a CNI block I had a booking for.

    He rang me some time ago with his news and prognosis. Not bitter, but not helped at all by the sorry state of our health system.
