RIP Muz.

Rip Muz. I still remember pushing that quad up a hill pug hunting whilst getting a lung full of exhaust.
I took him out in a cream forestry block years ago - keen fella. He had a few opportunities to shoot a deer but with manoeuvring it wasn’t to be but he had a great time. RIP
He was a good bugger alright, I miss his opinionated input
Muz and his Dad met me at a mates farm at Ratehi. We tried hard to get him a deer out the back of Ruatiti Stn but it was difficult with Muz needing to be on the bike. On reflection we should have got him into a spot and waited the evening out. We eventually got him one inside the deer farm, but that was tricky too. It was a wonderful weekend with a good bloke. Madness got him the odd wild deer I think. Muz was always so tickled when he shot something.

Welcome to Sako club.
I never met him but followed his exploits here. It has always impressed me how some people rise above their disabilities, don't let them interfere with having a full life and have a positive outlook that's infectious. Role models all
