From memory Robbie brought the kit and another very experienced friend of his did a lot of the work on it.
Malcolm is a great craftsman and Robbie was time poor.

It is a superb example and better than the usual repops

The gent who helped him with it is a Flint and percussion expert.
Quite elderly now but still alive and I could easily find out more

It has an aftermarket cheek piece which as been very well done.

Yes Murray built the Fergusson for Robbie, Murray actually popped over the other day and it was great showing him the Fergy, he was rapt to be able to see it again

Rifle has had wood repairs between the sling studs with fibre glass and wood inletted (not done by Robbie)
The bore is in good condition, has a bit of corrosion but strong rifling
