    Copper tig welds really well, but welding with silfoss will be fine. If you get it hot enough in use to melt silfoss you’ll have other problems to worry about.

    Pretty much bang on. It’s almost always the evaporator coil leaking. If you take the top lid off, you’ll see the top few passes are covered in ice but the return pipe to the compressor is warm.
