I have done a bit with a Hennesy Hammock. Good bit of kit as it packs down to little and weights bugger all. Excellent over damp / wet and uneven terrain but you need to find good tie off points....

40mm, on a serious note. The 57 will be fine, you might get a mild ribbing for bringing the low-powered version of a undersized cartridge, haha. We had a couple of 9.3x62s last year.
