I'm getting around 2900fps with 48 grains of H335 out of Lapua brass. COAL around 2.8 inches...must be Tikka mag length. 16 inch barrel, don't seem to have any pressure issues.

I use 49.5gr 2206H behind 125 gr. Nosler Accubond for 2950fps. Loaded to mag length. Winchester brass Federal Match primers. No pressure signs . I think you'll find Winchester brass has a larger...

Seating it out gives more case capacity. Especially important with marginally slow powders like 2208-2206h-h335

Are you using a modified case and oal gauge to get your jam? The one on the left almost a looks like I can see lands marks like it’s jammed but it could just be reflections 20thou is a favourite for...

Your precision requirements will determine your approach. If your expectation is that the rifle and load need to be capable of hitting very small targets at your self-imposed maximum shooting range...

I’m running 208s with 77.6 grains of 2217 in my T3-based .300 WM. It has a Bartlein reamed for 3.5 OAL, which is as long as a 208 can be loaded and still extract. I’m surprised yours will extract...

It’ll generally be the projectile that determines fussiness of jump, try it but make sure you start low as you’ll likely run more pressure seated long a good way to test it is a know safe low charge...

The Tikka T3x 6.5 CM rifles come with a M+ magazine so no problems there. They also tend to have a longer throat so you can seat the 140g plus bullets well out for extra powder capacity and still fit...

Primers show normal pressure. Roarless20 brings up a good point often overlooked by many shooters.
