I had the same issue and tried all manner of things to fix it, none of which really worked 100% Returned it, got an A&D and never looked back.

Depending on the power level your MCT should be fine down to around 80 bar, Do a full shot string over a chrony from 200bar and see where the velocity starts to drop.

Did they appear after being resized? If so that can happen if there’s a bit to much lube on the case/dirty die and they’ll pop out at the next firing.
