    The way you cut through the skin can determine how much hair gets on the meat. I try to cut from in to out rather than out to in. This help reduce the amount of actual hair I am cutting.

    I have a near mint Nikon for sale. They are good reliable scopes for the dollar. This one is a 3-9x40 with BDC reticle, retractable turrets etc. Clean straight unit for either centrefire or rimfire....
