   not really.....we bash steak with meat hammer before cooking to break up fibres/release tension....a good roll down the hill might at worst break bones that cut stuff but havent had any issues when...

    That was because us 3 shot guys are a pretty relaxed bunch. The 5 plus shot guys would have all been too busy fussing over their gear and fiddling to chat.
