   it was suggested above that removing 80% of the plastic tip made a difference all be it at expence of not being so aerodynamic.... now if my memory is correct (sometimes its not) the nosler...

   Oh I don't mean brand specific, rather I don't see why a button rifled 1:8 would be any different for stability than a cut rifled 1:8

    Same here but it doesn't have to be an intensive clean. Mostly I dry patch out powder residue ( 3 or 4 patches ) then 3 or 4 passes with a CLP saturated patch to oil the bore, then into the safe...

    I initially had them shoot great in my 1:8 tikka @2920fps. But that was in hot weather and only one batch of pills which measured 0.020" shorter than the next batch lot I got. It was erratic as after...
