Its the ambiguity that gets me. It just needs to be fair and clear. And whatever the rules are they should be strictly on point about reducing the spread of the bug. Thats all I want.

My opinion is they have to have a NATIONAL policy to keep it simple. Someone living in a city who only hunts occasionally and has to drive 1 or 2 hours to even get to the hills is the kind of hunter...

If you're planning on using the tent as a base camp then don't. Just build a bivvy that is nice and don't tell anyone about the location
