   many thanks No 3 common sense -what are you trying to achieve - many on here seem to be just target shooters or trying loads out - if I zero for hunting I dont waste ammo - hit the right spot...

   to hold 15x steady one really needs to have them on a tripod - so why not just get a spotting scope - say 20-60 usefull for sighting in as well - I use 10x binos and they can be hard to hold still...

    my old 788 .308 Remington had a 2.5 leupold on it from around 1980 until 2022 now has a 2-7 leupold but this not fair some of us oldies will win this hands down my old .22 Brno new in 1976 ...
