At least we get good value from them, with our excellent infrastructure and the supurb job NZTA and the Police do keeping the roads safe. Small price to pay for living in paradise.

This forum tends to have a high view of 308, I was expecting some push back on my statement. 6.5 Creedmoor is hands down a better cartridge for long range shooting, less recoil, less wind drift, ...

Hornady and Berger have both recently released new high BC match and hunting 25cal projectiles, would need to check if the twist rate worked ok though. The 25 Creedmoor is proving to be a popular...

Not really a fair comparision as I use my competition 22 for hunting but have used my 3-15 Vortex PST a lot as well as the Delta Stryker 4.5-30. The Delta actually came in very useful for a awile...

StaBall should be faser but being a ball power you will likely find you are able to fit more powder into the case than 2209, so you'll get higher velocities but be burning more powder (not a crazy...

I'd be inclinded to try truing it at a few different ranges, say 350y and 500y. That will tell you if your velcoity is right or not. Unless the atmposherics are messed up in your ballistic...
