I have a scilenced sniper rifle that was used in Vietnam against American special forces. It has genuine markings, even says JW15 on the receiver. I brought it at an auction and paid $7000 for...

I enjoy reloading, something I can do between shooting and better than watching TV. I've been loading some 53gr Vmaxs in my 223, which if I was too buy would cost me about $2.20 a round, but...

Surely the police can't just make new laws because they don't like something, or they have an agenda to get rid of them. There must be a few lawyers who know the rules who are hunters and shooters...

Shearer liked post by Beetroot On thread : 22 mag or 17hmr
I don't get why the 22WMR is considered better in the wind. Just buy looking at the shape of the bullet and the velocity of each cartridge, it should be pretty obvious the 17HMR will be a million...

If you said it was just in your car could you not get in the deep deep poo from the police? I'll keep a look out on trademe. Do the bolt get taken too, and do you have the serial number.

Not knowing the area it's hard to say what I'd do. But if it was the only possible place to park the ute for the night I'd expect them to be civil, but would have considered moving if the guy was a...

If you were going to be reloading and this was solely for varmints, then I'd go for 204 Ruger. Shouldn't be much more than 223 to reload, almost no kick, be a bit quieter than larger rounds and wont...
