K Hornets are more prone to neck splitting from my experience. Annealing after every firing certainly prolongs the neck life.

I'm currently running 2208 in .308 and 22-250 as its what I have and due to shortage of funds as usual buying more powder is out of the question for now. I live by the motto if it works leave it...

I do a lot of work for professional pest controllers, almost all go 223 tikka in this instance. Cheap available ammo and you really do have to go some to beat a Tikka for the money.
