I got level 6 ECWCS in m81 for around $200nzd shipped from Ebay in 2016. Still had tags on it. You could try looking for a DDPM one which uses MVP a goretex analogue, they're pretty cheap.112790

I picked up my Goretex jacket from Kathmandu in one of their end of season sales. It's a pleasing "military" green in colour and was about $250. They have a sale on now, so worth a look.

If it is any help, almost every older 303 I have shot, has shot better with flat bottom bullets than boat tails. One does like boat tails but it is a much more modern rifle.
